  • International Return Shipping: If you choose to return an item for personal reasons (e.g., changed your mind, ordered wrong size/color), you will be responsible for the full cost of return shipping to our warehouse in China. * Logistics: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

3. Damaged or Wrong Items

We will evaluate the situation and make it right—either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund without requiring a return to China.

4. Non-Returnable Items

We often provide a partial refund (up to 50%) or a high-value store credit so you can keep the item or gift it to a friend, avoiding the high cost and hassle of international return shipping.
