• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours after payment, provided that production or shipment has not started
• A full refund will be issued to the original payment method after confirmation
  

2.2 After Production Has Started or Order Has Shipped

Orders cannot be canceled or refunded under the following conditions:

• Production has already begun
• The order has been shipped or international shipping costs have been incurred
• The item is custom-made or commissioned

Tibetan Buddhist artworks—especially hand-painted thangkas and custom statues—require immediate preparation of materials, pigments, gold powder, ritual processes, and artisan labor once an order is placed. These costs cannot be recovered once production begins.

3. Eligible Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds or replacements are accepted only in the following cases:

• The item arrives with significant damage caused during transportation
