1. Shipping Origins & Processing

To provide you with the most authentic handcrafted items at the best prices, all orders are shipped directly from our Central Fulfillment Center in China.

  • Standard Processing Time: 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Custom/Handmade Items: For hand-painted Thangkas or customized statues, processing can take 7-14 business days due to the intricate craftsmanship involved. We will notify you once your masterpiece is ready.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

We offer International Express Shipping to most countries.

  • North America & Europe: Estimated 7 - 15 business days.
  • Oceania (Australia/NZ): Estimated 10 - 15 business days.
  • Rest of the World: Estimated 10 - 20 business days.
  • Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

3. How to Track Your Order

Peace of mind is part of the service.

  • As soon as your package is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a Tracking Number.
  • You can track your package directly on our website [Optional: Insert Link] or via global tracking sites like 17track.net.
  • Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

tibetanbuddhist-culture.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

  • All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
  • If a package is returned due to the customer's refusal to pay local customs duties, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping fee and return logistics costs.

5. Delivery Issues & Lost Packages

We use reliable carriers, but occasionally issues occur:

  • Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your details at checkout.
  • Lost in Transit: If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 20 business days, please contact us at tibetanbuddhist.culture@gmail.com. We will launch an investigation with the carrier and, if confirmed lost, we will reship or refund your order.

6. Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses. We require a physical street address for all deliveries to ensure secure hand-off.
